REALTOR®, TEAM LEADER
I’m Kristin McFeely, road tripper, old music lover, architecture junkie, vintage treasure hunter and promoter of all things Philly real estate. I’ve spent the last decade meeting amazing people, digging up all the dirt on Philly and collaborating with the best and smartest creative team in real estate. The result is Philadelphia Home Collective.
REALTOR®, TEAM LEADER
I fell in love with Philadelphia as a kid on trips to the Zoo, the Franklin Institute, and the Please Touch and of course the Spectrum and the Vet. Today, if I’m not on the golf course, you’ll find my wife Missy and I carting our kids to every parade, museum, sporting event, theater, restaurant and park in the city. Philly is special, and our team is here to help you fall in love with it just like I did all those years ago!
I’m a longtime Philadelphia resident, design enthusiast, and Realtor. As a Philly native, I come to real estate after a long career in publishing and advertising. When I’m not helping clients navigate the ups and downs of the real estate world, I’m spending time reading, cooking, and swimming. I love animals – maybe too much! I also have a serious 12 step problem with thrift store shopping for gorgeous props that will enhance our listings.
Originally a South Jersey resident, I’m a self-proclaimed nomad. I’ve been lucky enough to experience the best that Philadelphia has to offer alongside my own home state with my real estate husband, Bill and two dogs, Shae and Quincy. I enjoy brunching, road tripping (or any kind of travel, really), cooking, and attending every single Eagles game with my Dad. I am committed to guiding you through the real estate process and I look forward to meeting you!
My name is Stefania Zuccarini and I am a true South Philadelphian. Born and raised in Philadelphia with Italian immigrant parents, I know what it means to appreciate what you have and work harder for what you want. I have a passion for food (of course!), dancing and enjoy supporting the local businesses throughout the city. I am here to support you in what often can be a bittersweet change of life. In the end, your happiness is what matters to me.
Currently residing in East Falls, I am a Temple grad (Go Owls!) with a BA in Advertising, and a concentration in Art Direction. When I’m not helping my clients sell their property or find their dream home, I can be found with my husband and new addition, Paul, tending to our small city garden, working on a home improvement project, or jumping in the car to squeeze in a quick North Cape May (bayside) visit with family. I love trying new recipes, pumpkins, Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, and all things DIY.
I make it my business to know how the Real Estate industry moves. If it needs to get done, I find a way. If there’s a question I can’t answer, I find who can. At my core, I’m a nester. I’m a home-maker (read: home-body with Martha Stewart tendencies), a baker, an organizer, a planner, a people-connector, a community advocate, an amateur florist and a huge animal lover! I live in South Philly with my husband (and our dog, cat, and tortoise!) and I never get tired of exploring our beautiful city!
I am a lifelong Philly resident and realtor since 2009. I have sold homes all over the city, and I love helping friends reach their real estate goals. My main objective for each client is to provide excellent service from our initial consultation to the settlement table. Referrals are the staple of my business, and I treat each client like family. We are in it together until we achieve your real estate needs. During my downtime I love to golf, meet friends for drinks or enjoy a cigar. Our team at Compass, The Philly Home Collective, are an amazing collaborative of friends that work together everyday to get our clients to the finish-line. Your success is ours.
I am a transplanted Midwesterner, hooked on all things Philly. As a Rittenhouse resident for nearly twenty years, I spend my off time coaching youth baseball, exploring the local waterways with my kids and fishing buddies (yes, even the Schuylkill) and giving informal Center City neighborhood tours to a constant flow of family visitors. I’m a licensed architect with a curiosity for all things built, especially the ubiquitous row home. I’ve spent the last two decades helping people transform a variety of newly purchased and time-tested living spaces. Often accused of being a magnet for good fortune, landing a spot with the Philly Home Collective adds to my growing rap sheet.
I’m a resident of the Riverwards section of Philly and have grown up in and around the city. I truly understand what it takes to make people feel comfortable, informed and confident throughout the entire duration of the home buying and selling process -- and I make that my priority. When I’m not showing properties, you can find me somewhere in Fishtown spending time with my partner and friends... typically over margaritas.
